In blue woolen cloth, white flannel lining, edged with black crimped lamb fur, 5 rows of metal buttons, trimmed with eighteen frills in a square loop on each side of the chest, the beginning of the loop at the first outside button forms a clover, it ends in the same way at the last button, between each button, the loop forms a loop, the whole is bordered by a flat braid, the first five braids are longer than the others and are shortened and the sixth is the same length as the following twelve, only the first braids are buttoned.

The sheathed pelisse is worn on the waistcoat, it floats on the shoulder over the dolman and is held by a cord in trimmings.
